Please be advised the following terms regarding the products listed on this site.
* Sales prices are subject to change due to changes in the prices of materials and metals.
* There is a slight margin of error. As for size, please refer to the size table.
* The chain included with a pendant may differ from the photo.
* With some exceptions, all pendants are sold with a chain. We do not sell the pendant separately at this time.
* The color and the shape of items include the natural stones may differ from the pictures.
* Please understand that the natural stones have uneven cloring or patterns that might looks like blemish and also these have different shapes and colors even if it's the same kind of natural stone.
* The shape of items that are handmade may differ from the pictures.
Products on back-order
In case the item is out of stock, you can order the item in advance. It will take us around 45-60 days to produce it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience; however please notice that the shipment may take more than 45 -60 days or less.
When the product arrives, we will contact you by e-mail.
We will also let you know about delivery progress by e-mail.

After-purchase service
If you need repairs, please contact us. After checking the details of the repair, we will provide an estimate repair cost. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items for repair.
