Shopping

Flow of order process

The flow of processes from placement of an order to delivery of the item is as follows.

Confirmation of the order (automatic e-mail) is sent after the order is placed,This e-mail is sent from
If you do not receive this e-mail, check your mail filter settings and change them so that you can receive e-mails from the address above.

2 We will send a order confirmation e-mail after we received your order.
Your order will be completed after you receive the order confirmation e-mail.
There might be changes in price or delivery date due of the inventory status of the item.
However, we will let you know the final amount of payment by order confirmation e-mail.
Please see the delivery date, amount of payment and other details that is indicated in the order confirmation e-mail.
Please be informed that we could only reply on our business day.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day or later after the order is accepted.
We do not ship on weekends. Orders will be shipped the next business day after the weekend. Shipping date may vary according to the stock status. In such a case, we will let you know by e-mail.

4 After shipping the order, we will send a delivery notice by e-mail to let you know the parcel tracking number and other details.
5 After receiving the order, please check for any damaged or incorrect items. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Payment options

 

[Credit Card]
We accept the following credit cards. Payments can be made at once, on an installment plan, or as a revolving repayment.

When using a credit card, please read and accept the following terms of use.


* You will receive two e-mails about confirmation of your order and a Temporary settlement processing of your credit card. Please confirm both of the e-mail.
After we confirm your Temporary settlement processing credit card information,the credit card payment process will be all settled.
Please confirm an e-mail about settlement completion which will automatically be sent to the customer.
* A credit card cannot be used for items that require a quotation. If you mistakenly paid with a credit card, we will contact you and cancel the payment.
* If you cancel an order, the refund process differs depending on the type of credit card. Please check your credit card statement. If it has already been charged, the amount will be repaid through the credit card company at a later date.
* Please use a credit card issued under the name of the holder.
Please understand that if you use the credit card that is not same name as in the order form, it might take some time to ship the product due of examination of the card.
* The date of withdrawal differs depending on the closing date and the contract terms for your credit card. Please contact your credit card company directly for details.
* We do not accept debit cards.

 

[Bank Transfer]
Please be aware the followings for the customer who is paying by bank transfer and please make the payment
within 7days from the day we sent a order confirmation e-mail.
The order will be cancelled automatically If we can not confirm your payment after the due date.
Please make the payment within 7 days whether there is any stock or not.
We will shipp the item or order from a factory as soon as we confirmed your payment.
Please be aware that if you make payment before you received the order confirmation e-mail and
if there are any changes happen afterwards, all the bank charges must be paid by the customer.

please note:

1 alll payment are in JP YEN.

2 all bank charge should be paid by the customer. 4000 yen is added as a remittance charge for the bank transfer.

Issuance of receipts

If you need a receipt, please specify, "Receipt wanted" in the Remarks column of purchaser information when placing an order.
In such a case, please specify the name and description that should appear on the receipt. The receipt will be enclosed with the order.

Delivery address

When the name and address on the order are different from those on the shipping information, please write on the remark column about how would you like us to handle your delivery note.
We are not going to record the amount of money if there is not specified on the remark column.
In the case above, we will specified the amount of the money on an e-mail instead of the delivery note.
If you would like to receive the delivery note that amount of the money is specified on, we will attach a PDF file
of the delivery note on the e-mail.
Please let us know if you would like to receive the e-mail.

Shipping costs and handling fees

The following amount will be additionally charged as the shipping cost and handling fee.

Note:
FedEx provides door to door service, but EMS sometimes does not provide door to door service.
Moreover the item will be sent with soft envelope by EMS. On the other hand, item will be sent within a secure box by FedEx.

 

Shipment information
To avoid the troubles, we are unable to packing the product in one box that have different purchase order numbers even those have same delivery date and you must pay the carriage and commission fee separately.
If you find any mistakes or troubles on your order, please let us know as soon as possible .
Please be aware that it is unable to cancel the order after you receive the e-mail from us.

Shipment of products

[Domestic]
Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express.
[Overseas]
For the international delivery, the courier is to be determined (FedEx, UPS).

Cancellation・Change of Purchase order

[After the shipment]
We cannot accept the Cancellation or Change of purchase order request.

[After completing the payment]
We cannot accept the Cancellation or Change of purchase order request.

[Custom order or estimated price order]
We cannot accept the Cancellation or Change of purchase order request.

[Stock wait order]
When the stock wait item is already ordered to a factory, we cannot accept the Cancellation or Change of purchase order request.
However, when the stock wait item is not ordered to a factory yet, we can accept the Cancellation or Change of purchase order request.
Please contact us by e-mail or telephone to check the order situation.

Hold on an item

We can accept the cancellation of hold on an item. However we cannot accept it when the payment is already completed.

Return

We cannot accept the return request.
In addition, we cannot accept the return request of custom order or estimated price order.

Exchange

Please contact us within seven days by e-mail or telephone after receiving your order.
Customer will be responsible for shipping and commission fee.
If there is damage or breakage, we cannot accept the exchange request.
In addition, we cannot accept the exchange request of custom order or estimated price order.

Breakage and Defective

Please contact us within three days after receiving your order by e-mail or telephone. We will exchange the item as soon as possible.
BOSSANOVA WEB SHOP will be responsible for the shipping and commission fee.
However, customer will be responsible for the shipping and commission fee if the contact was made after three days.
